1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong order

  • The product does not match the description

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)


2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns are not available for:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders past 14 days from delivery date


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue + package label

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping

  • If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, incorrect address, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return shipping is non-refundable unless required by law.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be approved or denied within 3–7 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Banks, credit card companies, PayPal, etc. may take additional time to post the refund


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — a return request must be submitted after delivery.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

For lost or stolen packages:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • We will assist with claim filing when possible

No refunds issued for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Same item replacement

  • Damaged or defective products

If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
